Hi,
I've got an HP DL380 G2 with the SmartStart 7.1 CD and two embedded NIC's.
This seems like perhaps a combination HP/MS question, I'm not really sure. I
need to Team the two NIC's for load sharing and redundancy. I haven't found
any clear cut documentation on how to do this. Does anyone have a favorite
link or resource that would help me out?

Thanks!
Gene

Look at the documentation that came with your server, or call HPaq, or look
on their website. It's determined by the drivers/proprietary software, not
Windows.
Note - I generally advise against NIC teaming - I haven't gotten very good
luck with it.
