Installing an EVGA 6801i with two 8800GTX. Hmmm, where did all my card slots go? Dang it! So what I am left with is:

1 PCI
1 PCI Express Graphics Expansion (?)
1 PCI Express (small slot)

I have 3 peripherals that I wanted to install:

1 eSata drive (which takes the avail PCI slot)
1 wireless internet card
1 sound card

I don't know enough about the small slot PCI express to know what will work in that slot.

Can the PCI Express Graphics Expansion be used for anything else besides a video card? What is it there for?

I do have onboard audio but since I have not got it up and running yet, I don't know the quality of it.

So I guess mainly I just need help with that small PCI express slot. What can I use it for?

The x16 slot is for video cards.

If you haven't purchased the WiFi card yet, you could try this one. Works good, I got a free one with my QuadGT.
