I have a ASUS p5n-e motherboard with 1GB (2x512) Corsair 5400C 667mhz memory.

Problem is it will boot and run fine with stick "A" but not when stick "B" is installed. Trying just A in all slots = boots fine, put B in alone or with A = error message for bios...says "no keyboard"...

I have updated BIOS and made sure timings are set right.

I'm thinking bad stick of memory...any other suggestions before rma?

*computer occasionally will flash a plain black screen randomly then go about business just fine occasionally...

**edit-old psu fried exmobo, replaced with good new psu and asus mobo...ran for a day before xp decided it didn't like not being reinstalled to new motherboard, that day it seemed both sticks were working...I was thinking old psu might had fried just one stick...thoughts?

Splendid
RMA would be the only solution.

I'd try setting up ram settings in bios with the good stick, then swap it out for the bad one. I don't know your ram's specs. Mine is 1.9v. The mobo defaults to 1.8v.
