From a command prompt;
ipconfig /all
and compare with what your ISP thinks you should have.

OK but that tell us nothing. Check that you can ping your DNS server IP
addresses.
"Get timed out errors?" For what?

Yes I can ping server BUT nothing else. When we ping any other address we
get timed out errors.

If you can ping your DNS servers but nothing else then this suggests a
firewall or subnet mask or other problem. Where is the DNS server? local or
ISP? If local then make sure your ISP's DNS addresses are in your DNS
servers forward lookup zone.

You'll need to tell us everything. What connection are you using? What is
the result of ipconfig /all? What server IP address can you successfully
ping? Is the server local or ISP? What (if any) firewalls are in place?
