I get NBC OTA in the DFW area. The sound on the HD channel is only getting
what I would say is the rear channel on this one program. Anyone else
notice this? Would this be a local problem or a problem when the show was
made? It so happens both shows were the same episode, one was a rerun.

Sorry, it was my problem. Name of show is Hawaii. But you should have
known, they aren't that far apart ;).

I'm in the DFW and I noticed the same thing with an OTA signal. Couldn't
hear speech, only music.

Just got a note from someone at NBC. Said they were not informed about the
5.1 sound. He says check Wednesday to see if it is better. It seems the
show was on last night and I could hear the voices.
