Cant Print from MS WORD or Note pad.

i have a lexmark x4270 i have uninstalled drivers reinstalled. tried different usb ports. updated ports. drivers and what ever. but i cannot print from ms word, i can print from internet explorer. but not word. i cant make any sense of that what so ever. plese help?

Then it's not a hardware issue & this belongs in software forum.

Do a test print from the printer properties. If it works, it's not the drivers either. It's your software. In Word/Notepad, file, print, right-click the printer, set as default, print.
