I got one win2000prof and win98 at home and connected.
I made a folder in win2000prof as shared. However, when I access win2000prof
from win98 machine, it asked me the password, how do I set it up ?

Make sure to use the same account name / password on the Win98
PC as you use on the Win2000 PC.
