Bought an aconda 38" Hi-def Loewe's Tv. The hi-def feature is
missing.Store tried to tell me it was my receiver but nothing is wrong
with the receiver.Evidently there is something wrong with the tv
possibly refurbished.What recourse do I have with the store in
replacing it with the newer model basalt since they have none left of
my model.?
