We are adding a new 2003 TS to our Farm and have a Few TS User CALs for it.
We have an Existing 2000 TS that we have thinclients connected to, each with
a 2000 CAL.
Is there a way to use those CALs with the new 2003 Server? The old 2000
Server will be going away.

No, you need to upgrade the CALs to W2K3 CALs.
