Hey there Tom's!

So I just installed Windows 8 on my netbook, went to play around with it, and found out that none of my apps work.

Turns out my resolution is off by less than 200 vertical pixels - the apps all require 768p and I have 600p.

Now, I did this once a long time ago to get Civilization III to run on the computer, but I don't remember how I did it, so here goes:

How can I hack my screen to display (or "display") the required resolution?

Surely there's a trick to making windows think it has what it needs...

You net-book don't meet the minimum requirements for Windows 8. The min screen res must be higher.
The app were made with that minimum in mine so you can not fix it.
