My first build in years and about to hit the "buy" button. I Also need a decent vid card for this and need suggestions! Would like to stay under 120$ for the vid, as I can get better card maybe this summer/fall.

To answer your question, the X1950GT is $130 after MIR, here. It's very close to your budget and is a good card.

HDD: I just got the Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 Perpendicular drive, here. 320GB for 90 bucks and it's SATA II 3.0 Gb/s. It's nice.
Memory Patriot 2x1GB DDR2 800 CAS latency 4, here. Its 20 bucks more than the one you plan on getting but the latency is 4 instead of 5. Worth it.
Mobo: Bought the same one. Nice mobo. Just doesn't have firewire support if you need it.
Heatsink: I would of recommended the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro but it's currently out-of-stock at most places or they want an arm & leg for it.

Everything else looks good.

It's a good build, with the RAM though I wouldn't suggest over clocking too much. I have had a liteon drive go bad after 6 months but otherwise no other foreseeable problems.

Oh sorry about that.

Ok I fixed it up there.

Is that RAM you listed that much better? Or a better brand out there? Not planning on OCing just yet. Gonna just let everything burn in for awhile. I could buy better parts for this thing later on and hand them down to my kid...perfect excuse to buy more parts and wifey won't scream that I am spending too much now. :D

Even though you said you are not going to currently overclock but it sounds like eventually you will, the memory I suggested for 20 bucks more is better and will overclock more since it has heatsinks on the RAM.

For 20 bucks, to me, it'd be well worth it.
