Again, I'm a newbie to WIndows XP. My son's computer is still running Win
98. Now it seems I can't play games through the home LAN that used to play
just fine.
Any help out there?

Hi,
You may need to open specific ports in the XP firewall. This is easiest to
do once SP2 is installed. Consult the program documentation as to which
ports need to be open.

Thanks but what I needed was to load the 98 computer with the XP networking
software. It worked fine then.
Now I have an issue with getting my netowrked computer connected, but
hopefully that will just take playing around with it for a while.
