Cpu/Cpu Cooling qestion

I have a Qestion i am getting the amd 3600x2 combo from newegg and i found i fan that would work i belive.

my mobo

now this is the cpu fan i am looking at. one of the 2.

I am looking at them but. would the first or second work for the amd 3600x2 and keep it cool. i will have 1 80mm fan in the back. and its in a cool room not a hot or warm one. i just need to know.

i will get that when it comes in stock on newegg. now should i get ddr2-533-667-800 because the price's for them are right around the same 8O
i want the most that would make it go fast lol. i am upgrading from a p4 1.5

Like logainofhades said, the AF64PRO is about the best price performance for mild to medium over clok. If you won't OC at all, Cooler Master fans in my experience are good but not of the most silent and in this case, the Arctic Cooling Alpine 64 is still the best Price/Performance; just as silent as the Freezer64:
