Kind of overwhelmed: Should I get e6300 or e4300?

I plan to overclock. Furthermore, I can afford the e6600 but would prefer to save the money if the improvments are just marginal.

If its anything resembling decent quality, it shouldn't be a problem. I can overclock an E6600 to 3.6GHz with a X1900XT with only a 430W.
