What Version of Pocket PC

Hi,
This is probably a simple question, but how do you find out what version of
Pocket PC my wife's Ipaq is running? It's a Compaq 3870, with the original
software.

The _question_ is, indeed, simple. Unfortunately, Microsoft has made
the answer hard to find. Start->Settings->System->About provides info
about the operating system version. The following chart can be used to
decipher that info:

Or you can start at the home page for Chris De Herrera's site:

Use the search box to look for info about a particular model.
