Extremely nice overclock you have there.

What program are you using to measure your temps?

There has been numerous contentious posts on what is the best program to use to measure temperatures. It would help to know your motherboard also you can go to here for temperatures: Conroe Temperature Guide

There was an overclocking guide put up by Wusy but I'm having problems finding it.

I'd try reseating the heatsink and putting a very thin layer of AS5 (too much of it will have an adverse effect on performance)
