Does anyone know where I could download the hotfix for NTBACKUP as described
in article 827475?

You need to call Microsoft for hotfixes - they shouldn't charge you for the
PSS call if you say "I need the hotfix mentioned in KBblahblahblah.". Even
if someone gives you a link, or e-mails it to you, you shouldn't use it - go
straight to the source.
