Teaming Load Balanced Network Adapters

Hello all,

I would like to add something like 2 dual port adapters to my server. Each
2-port adapter would be load balanced, and the 2 adapters would be teamed for
fault-tolerance. I know windows itself has nothing to do with the teaming,
but I am concerned with compatibility per article 278431.

Does anyone know of a proven vendor or specific adapter model that I could
use to avoid potential conflicts and headaches?
