I can't use my mother language (Hebrew)with Outlook Express (ver 6.0). With
Explorer and all other applications its fine. After some advises I ran the
Regional and Language Options inside the Control Panel and saw Hebrew is the
selected but inside the code page conversion table "Hebrew" was selected but
grayed also (which I believe is a bad indication).

Can someone advise please? Could it be somthong in the settings of
O.Express?
Thanks in advance
Sam
