Hello,

I have the problem that in some cases it is not possible to delete a file on
a shared folder in a Windows 2003 clustered environment. Message: 'Access
Denied' and the properties for the file are unavailable. Looking on the
clustered servers in Share Sessions, the file is not open.

What could cause this and how to resolve it?

Can you still delete the files using short file name, i.e. from Command
Prompt?
