This may be a slice away from the main group/topic, but some of you folks
are fairly good.
At my place of employment we have a new 14' long by 10' wide conference
room. No electronic technology it right now.
Traditionally an overhead projector would be installed to project mostly
computer and sometimes video images. Seldom HDTV stuff, but we expect
more of that to come in the future.
The problem with this is the room is not real big and if we video
conference in the room you want the lights on for the conference camera
but that washes out most projector images.
Any suggestions on a wall mount flat HDTV capable that would be:
1 - reasonably economical ($3500 or less)
2 - support 1024 X 768 computer resolution
3 - a size that would make the above resolution work well with spread
sheet display if at the default 4X3 aspect ratio readable.
4 - any brand/model that would fit items 1-3 above
I figure the most distance would be 12' away or closer.
Note that some people are in their fifties and reading too small text
would be a challenge for them.
