Well, my Steelix learnt Earthquake by a TM in my FireRed verion, so how
come it can't learn something it already did?

This card did I made some time ago, but I want it rated by real

I don't know much about TCG strategy and all that, but the image itself
is pretty bad. If you're asking if it'll pass as real, then I'd have to
say no. I mean, Cacnea's background is solid blue! From what I recall,
the Pokemon TCG uses mostly fan art, so you could've gotten away with at
least some sort of background. I also don't know how the text is on the
real cards, but here the size seems a little inconsistant. The card
title alone has two obviously different sizes on it. The rest looks
like it's all crammed in together, especially around James's head, and I
think Needle Arm has a typo in its description.

Otherwise, good job!
