You could use ATI Tool. It works with NVidia cards as well

atitool does work but I recommend rivatuner, you can set it to display your speeds or temps on your bottom taskbar (XP) in different colors for 1 or 2 GPU's plus you can add your C2D stats there to if you like., enjoy

you would have to download something like coolbits,rivatuner
or ntune then you would see the clockspeeds in the
nv controlpanel.
