Routing and using NAT question

Hi everyone -

I have three routed networks in my lab at home: wireless lan (172.16.100.0),
wired lan (192.168.100.0), and my dmz (192.168.1.0). I'm using a windows
2000 server to route data packets between these networks (it has three nic
cards). The dmz network has another router that goes to the Internet.

I want to know if it is possible to have the same windows 2000 server act as
a router between the wireless and wired networks while acting as a NAT
device between the DMZ and wireless/wired networks. The wireless and wired
NICs are
categorized as "Private" networks in the MS routing mmc and the dmz NIC card
is categorized as "Public." When I try to do this, the routing computer
will no longer route packets between the wireless and wired segments.

Am I doing something wrong or isn't this possible?
