Restore IE Icon to Desktop

Hi,
One of my smartest/dumbest users decided to use the delete key to wake the
computer up after the screensaver had activated then promptly ignored the
warning messages as she deleted the internet expolorer icon from her
desktop. What is the easiest way for me to remotely restore the icon to her
desktop.
