slipstreamed windows 2000 install problem

Hey all,
I'm trying to install windows 2000 with SP4 slipstreamed into it, but when I
enter my product key (legit), Windows displays a message saying it's not
valid. I no longer have the original cd that came with the computer, just the
one with sp4. Do I need to get another key from MS, or am I missing something
else?
