rebuilding Win2k Server

I have a 3.5 year old Win2k domain controller that also is a xchange 2k
server. its been acting up so it may be time to reinstall the OS. I would
take the opportunity to repartition the drives. I know I can accelerate the
ad process by restoring the system state from a backup from this or another
dc, which I have available. what else can i expect to migrate back via
backups? I can move the mailboxes over to another mail server, but we had
consultants do the original setup on the machine back in the day, when we
still had some NT servers online. can I migrate over my exchange server
settings?
