I am looking to build a new system. Primarily an HTPC, I would be doing some web surfing, and a little gaming. So please suggest the specifications. I already have a PCP&C Turbo Cool (isn't that quiet to be honest), and 2xSeaget 320GB 7200.10s that I am looking to carry over to the new build.

-Cheap, can easily be overclocked to 5-5-5-15 DDR2-800 @ ~2.1v. At that frequency you would have your cpu running at 400x9=3.6ghz (you can lower the mulitplyer.)

You will also need a TV tuner. I like Haphaugh, they have many levels as to how many channls at once and other added things. I just got the 150 but your needs might differ.
