Hi,
I am looking to build a new system. Primarily an HTPC, I would be doing some web surfing, and a little gaming. So please suggest the specifications. I already have a PCP&C Turbo Cool (isn't that quiet to be honest), and 2xSeaget 320GB 7200.10s that I am looking to carry over to the new build.

Silverstone Lascala 10 HTPC case
$99.99
-Silverstone is good quality, room for a few HDs, and it's fairly cheap for an HTCP case.

Power Supply - already own

Asus P5B-E
$150.99
-Smaller footprint then most ATX motherboard, good stability, runs fairly cool when not overclocked. Can also overclock like a beast if you chose too.

Intel Core2Duo E4300
$169.00
-Fast, efficient, runs cool, overclocks quite a bit. Could easily achieve 3.0ghz without increasing temp too much with proper cooling.

Corsair XMS2 2048-5400C4
$162.99
-Cheap, can easily be overclocked to 5-5-5-15 DDR2-800 @ ~2.1v. At that frequency you would have your cpu running at 400x9=3.6ghz (you can lower the mulitplyer.)

eVGA 8800gts 320MB
$269.99 after $20.00 MIR
-Fast, fairly quiet. HDCP compliant.

Auzentech Xplosion 7.1
$79.99
-Good HDCP soundcard. Supports optical and coaxial inputs without break-out box.

Harddrives - already own

LG DVD Burner
$28.99

Total: 960$

Without knowing more information on your budget, what particular games you play, etc... this is the best I can do.

You will also need a TV tuner. I like Haphaugh, they have many levels as to how many channls at once and other added things. I just got the 150 but your needs might differ.
