anyone know anything about clean access agent? our school requires it to to get on the wireless network. the problem i have is that every so often the network doesn't recognize that i already have it installed. it then directs me to download and install. if and when that works it only fixes the problem temporarily.

what really drives me nuts is that when i right click on the tray icon the login/logout is gray. and if you try to execute the program it tells me it is already running.

any ideas? anyone hear of any spyware that is capable of screwing with this program?

Clean access makes sure your antivirus, windows updates, etc are all up to date before it will let you on the network. Have you tried calling your school's helpdesk? That would seem like the logical first step.
