I have a Small Business Server that is showing Set
Affinity and two CPU's but their is only one installed.
I have never seen the set Affinity on the Processes
without true multi-processors has anybody else.

Is this a Pentium-4 box with Hyperthreading? In that case, a single CPU
presents itself to the OS as two. It works just like two CPU's, but you
don't get quite that much "bang." I've heard it's more like 1.5x, but there
are indeed two "logical" processors.
