Well thanks for that, but it's not really the answer to my question. I
was just wondering if it was because of the friendship thing that it
wouldn't learn it and if anybody else had the same problem.
Right now I'm going to go back and try and hatch a female Evee so I can
give it a soothe bell, I thought bribery might work. >;-)
