choosing a LCD TV to work in Australia?????

Hi,

I am looking to buy an LCD TV. I have noticed prices in the USA are
significantly cheaper than in Australia (20inch LCD TV for about
AUS$800). I have a friend in America at the moment who will be
returning soon so I am going to get him to buy it.

One concern I have about buying one in America is whether it will work
in Australia - I don't know much about the standards but I know that
there are NTSC/PAl differences etc.

I want to use the TV in Australia and there are 3 models that I am
considering. Because I don't know much about the LCD TV's I was hoping
someone might be able to give me some advise as to which one to get.

Apart from that, Im not really sure about what all the features are so
