Riprep missing image on server error message.

I am having trouble creating an installation image using the Riprep.exe application. The error is the following: "Missing CD Image.The server to which you chose to replicate this system does not contain a CD-based image. The version of the CD-based image on the server must match the version of the system you are attempting to copy." Select a different server or add a CD-based image to this server. When I click the Riprep.exe icom located in the \RemoteInstall\Admin\i386 directory. This happens with both XP and 2kpro images. Our server is a Win2k Advanced server with service pack 4. How can I get past this?
