I have one NT4 PDC that will be replaced by a new Win
2003 server. Do I have to upgrade the existing NT4 PDC
to win2000, then promote the new Win2003 member server to
a Domain controller? OR, can I connect the new Win2003
server as member server in the domain, then dcpromo it to
be a domain controller? It seems like a lot of extra
work to install a new server if I have to upgrade the old
server first.

Thanks.
