I would like to get a book that will give me a solid overview on the above. I don't want to get any degrees or anything but I am totally new at this thing and It would be nice to have a good reference book to bring me up to speed. Thanks

Check out a bookstore and you might be able to find a book strictly covering those 3 things, otherwise you might want to look into a Network+ Certification book which will normally have a strong detail on covering each one.
