Wow, luv this.. It keeps even this smokin hot fanless chipset on my Asus P5ND2-SLI Deluxe cool & the Coolermaster AGUAGATE Mini R120 keeps me from having to clean out a cpu heatsink every couple of months.
Also the watercooler enables overclocking to nearly 4GHz from a 3.2 cpu! Bolt it together, slap in some 667 memory, then oc the whole thing to 3.9GHz at 980MHz FSB and 800MHZ Ram..
On Everest, it takes a new Core2 6700 series processor or an Extreme Edition CPU to best the performance here on a relatively cheap [now!] Intel 940 cpu...

Silent operation at 77-85F.. I hear the POWER supply fan now.. Haven't heard that in a long time!
put the the hs on the south bridge, put the 40mm fan on the nb - i mod pn5-e this way and other mobos
add a themalright hear pipe cooelr i think its called hr-1? add a 70mm fan to it - i used this on 5 series nvidia oc super cooker mobos like the pn5
next if you have no air movement on the mobo with water cooling you need to get some - any! add a crab cooler memory cooler it moves air around the mobo and clips on the memory
I had some 40's on the SB and a pair up near the cpu on the NB, but they were really loud panaflo's, and only lowered the temps by a few small degree's, not worth the sound level.. With the 25cm in the side, there isn't much need for little addon fans.. If they blow up off the motherboard, they're pointing directly at the 25cm fan (and could never hope to push more air than a fan 6times their size)..
With the addition of the water cooler kit, the motherboard temps are low anyway. Within 10F of the cpu, which sits at about 90 all the time, max.
