RIS Image, incorrect regional settings

Hi,

After setting up my XP image and making sure the regional setting were set
to English (UK) and tick the Apply to Default USer Profile box, and
rebooted. I created the image on my RIS server using riprep.

When I then download this image to a new PC, and login as local admin (or
any user for that matter) the regional settings are back to English (US),
does anyone know why the image is not saving my English (UK) regional
settings
