Nah more like a GF7300GS.

The Go7400 is 64bit memory, the GF7300GT is 128bit.

The Go7400 has 50mhz faster memory than the GF7300GS, but a 100mhz slower core. Same architecture. So I doubt that that crippled memory matters as much as the core. It's like a fast memory GF7300LE.

The GFGo7300 is even below the GF7300LE.
