i have TapeWare Xe hp surshot dlt tape drives installed in my server (win 2k). after installation, all the needed things were done like testing the connection, speed etc but every time it boots up, it show an error message as mentioned:

i just cant make out why this is happening. is there any thing related with updating the OS. i think this is not the fault of device driver, rather it is a problem of the OS. Pls suggset. i have mailed to the concerned vendor also but to no solution.

If you set the schedule using RDP you will have this problem. Delete the job and redo it from the console. Problem solved!!!
