No BINL service on win2003?

Hi I've installed RIS on server 2003, seems like running fine allthough I
need to add new Nic's to "images"\i386 and then restart BINL. But this
service is not there at all on server2003 ??

Binlsvc has a display name as remote-installation on server 2003. So thx to
my self )
