During games my pc freezes then returns. I have a 64 athlon 3800+ and a 7600 gt pci-e. Does this have enough power.

if all that is writen there is true then it should be more then enough , 500w or that 34 A on the 12v rail is enough !!!
 
Unless the PSU has gone bad, it should be more than enough. The 7600 (and system combined) only requires like 350 watts and 20 Amps on the +12 rails.

If you can, try to get your hands on a different PSU and GPU to test them. I am not recommending that you get new ones of either. I am suggesting that if you know a person that would be willing, that you barrow their PSU and GPU to test in your system. If you replace the PSU and still have that problem, then it isn't the PSUand may be the 7600. After you switch the PSU try the new graphics card, same thing applies.
