My comp keeps giving me the BSOD and I have no idea what is causing it. I've just run Memtest-86 and there were no errors with my memory so the next thing I want to check is my HDD.
Use the manufacturer's hard disk diagnostics.
You can also run a SMART test using Hitachi's hard drive fitness test.
If it fails the SMART test, RMA the drive.

You can also boot up the Windows disk, boot to recovery console and type
chkdsk /r and leave it alone for a while. It will hang out at about 51% for a long time them all of a sudden BAM it's done. It will tell you whether or not it repairs some bad sectors.
List your full system specs so that we can determin weather or not it could be do to another hardware issue. One of the most common causes of the BSOD if from a dieing PSU.
erm I doubt that....or at least not from my experience...
Most common situations are OS/Hard drive/Memory but depends on the BSoD
