Dell provides a really useful tool with the handheld called the switcher
bar. Whenever I do a soft reset, I have to then go start this by hand. I
would like it to start automatically whenever I do a reset. Is there a way
to do that?

use file explorer & browse for it in windows copy it & then paste
shortcut to the startup folder also in windows folder

All startup programs are at \Windows\Startup . All you have to do is to put
a shortcut to your program there.
