Server Status Same as Pervious

I have W2K with SP4. Server running as
DC (Domain Controller) only one DC in Domain.
RIS SERVER.
Web Server.
DHCP Server.

I want to move my Server on another Hard Disk because of
BAD SECTOR found on current Hard Disk. I am using only one
Hard disk on my Server. I required same configuration as
pervious Server on my new Server. (Domain Name, Machine
Name, RIS, Web Server & DHCP etc).
I have system state backup of my current Server. Is it
helpful for me.
if I installed new Server & Restore System State backup
all configuration will come same as pervious Server, or
first I installed softwares like (Anti virus), then I will
Restore System State backup.
