WIN SVR 2003 on Compaq ProLiant DL380 G2

Anyone ever installed WIN SVR STD 2003 R2 on a Compaq ProLiant DL380 G2?

It's not on the HCL for the OS, but is that really a problem?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have a DL380 G2 running Windows 2003 Standard. It's not R2, but that really shouldn't make a difference.

Did you use SmartStart to install the OS? and which version? I have 5.5, 7.4, 7.5, and 7.7

Any pitfalls I should be aware of?
