How about the Canon website? http://usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/scanners/canoscan_series/canoscan_lide_30#DriversAndSoftware
If you are using the 64bit version of Win7, then you are out of luck. No 64bit drivers have been released.
In that case, your options are:
1. Use Hamrick Vuescan (commercial software), which will allow you to scan on 64bit Windows with old unsupported scanners.
2. Buy a new scanner with 64bit driver support.
