My current PC is great but cost a fortune to make ($3800). I'm not going to be purchasing another PC for a good 6 months. I want my next PC to be on budget of around $1500-$2000 and have a some questions in regards to this. What is a better choice if you won't be over-clocking--air or water cooling, and why? I'm mostly going to be gaming on this PC--do I need a more then 700 watt power supply, if that? Is it possible to get a top notch PC for $500-$750?

Not sure what you mean by you have a great computer but you want another one. If you are looking for a gaming rig, under $1500 is definatly doable. The low range would be hard with many comprimises. A decent Vid card will run $300. You can use air cooling on most systems until you start pushing to the max and beyond. &00W will run almost all mid range systems which you are asking about (~$1500) might be too much.
