Antec NeoHE 500 or Antec TruePowerTrio 550EC Help please

I edited the post (first i wanted to buy a chieftec )
I have a MSI k8n Neo platinum mobo, that requires a minimum of 18A on the 12V rail.

My problem is that the NeoHE is included in the Top tier 2 but has 17 A on the 12V rails and the Trio is on the tier 3 and has 18 amps on the 12V rails.
i need help in choosing one of them, so wich one should i buy? (does it matter that the NeoHE has only 17 amps on the 12V rails?)

I also intend to upgrade my 6600 to a x1950pro

No problem dude.That psu will run your system for a few years.Even the upgraded video card will not tax that psu significantly.And as it does have 3 12v rails with one at 23amps,you should be good to go.

It is included in Tier 2 so it is one of the best.. the thing i don't understand is this 12vA rails. it has 3 each one with 17 amps. My motherboard requires 18 amps on the 12v Rail, and the antec has 3 with 17 amps so is the antec good enough or is it better than the chieftec?
I also consider buyng this antec .Tier3 but good amps
