Windows Stuck in Boot Cycle

I have just built a computer Win7, Intel corei5, 4G memory, and the computer just turns on then turns off. It doesnt even get to a screen to run settup. Has anyone ever expirienced this before?

These reboots are called BootLoops.

In Tom's Hardware, go to the motherboard Gigabyte forum, and read the first article called The Gigabyte Guide, by Bilbat. It's a great reference. About 2/3 rds the way down, there is a discussion about boot loops and what to do.

There are several posts on the INet searching boot loops, but this one is the best.
