I've got a win2k3 server running DNS, DHCP, and AD. I've also got a win2k
server with RIS installed. In the event log of the RIS server, I have the
following:

The DHCP/BINL service has determined that it is not authorized to service
clients on this network for the Windows domain: 1st.com.

So, I install DHCP on the RIS, but don't activate a scope - rather just
authorize it. I'm no longer getting that error in the event log when I
reboot that service...but the clients don't receive a boot filename.

With the "release" of SP2, I made an XP SP2 CD, which just to boot from
works fine. I used this same CD with the RISetup first run, and it worked
(the setup of RIS) just fine.

Ideas anyone?
